…Says his loyalty is 100%

The lawmaker representing Okene 1 state constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly, on Friday held a strategic meeting with his political team and friends in Abuja to endorse governor Yahaya Bello for president.

Hon. Lawi says his loyalty to governor Yahaya Bello is 100%.

“Lawi in his statement recalled that he was part of the few Assembly members that voted for Gov. Bello during the 2015 gubernatorial primary election and has always given him his full support and will always continue to support and show him my unflinching support”

Hon. Lawi addressing pressmen after the meeting said Gov. Bello deserves to be giving a chance to pilot the affairs of this great country and replicate the “good work” he had done in Kogi State in Nigeria as a whole.

Lawi, said the governor had performed incredibly very well for the youths as such, I called on them to elect him to be president in 2023.

He stated that his political team and friends had a short, medium and long-term plan to partner with the governor on his transformation agenda and human empowerment.

“We are here to endorse His Excellency, to be the president of our great nation. He has done very well.
We stand here as youths to say that he deserves our support and to push forward the good work he has done in Kogi State.
We do believe in the legacy project the governor has executed in Kogi State.

“The governor has done so well. The youth now have their own power, they have their own beliefs and they should understand that they have their right in their own hands.

“The youth should come forward and believe in Mr Governor. Everybody should come out to vote for him.
It’s your choice, but as an individual and as a face of the youth, I recognize what he has done.
The future is for the youth. We need to stand up and look into the future, not just now.
If we don’t settle down and take responsibility as youths and be able to follow what the governor has done, then what does our future hold?” he queried.
