Hon. Mark Okpanachi Pays 2025 School Fees for 70 Students of Ogah Memorial College
In a remarkable act of generosity, Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah, the Chairman of the Class of 1997 Organizing Committee, has paid the school fees for 70 students of Ogah Memorial College for all three terms in the 2025 academic year.
This announcement was made during the inaugural annual reunion of the Class of 1997, where Hon. Ogah also donated ₦1,000,000 towards the success of the event. His contributions reflect his commitment to supporting education and giving back to the institution that shaped his formative years.
Beyond paying the school fees, Hon. Ogah also provided new school uniforms and exercise books to the beneficiaries, ensuring they are fully equipped for their studies. Additionally, during an evaluation meeting with the Principal of Ogah Memorial College, he distributed ₦20,000 to each teacher as a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work.
Ogah Memorial College holds a special place in Hon. Ogah’s heart. The institution, established by his late father, Mr. J.O. Ogah, the Okakwu 1 of Inyaño Kingdom, has been a pillar of education in the community. By taking up the mantle of his father’s legacy, Hon. Ogah continues to champion education as a tool for community empowerment and youth development.
