Kogi Guber: “Ododo will deliver more dividends of democracy to the people” – Hon. Jibril Abu
The member representing Ajaokuta Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Jibril Abu (WisdomBank), has assured the people of the state of more dividends of democracy in the administration of Alhaji Usman Ododo if voted into office as the next governor of the state.
He made this known on Monday, during a meeting with voters in Upake, Ajaokuta local government area.
Jibril stated that the almost eight years of the New Direction administration of Governor Yahaya Bello is marked with remarkable achievements, especially in the areas of infrastructure, security, human capital development, unity, among others, urging the people of the state across political and religious leanings to team up with the progressives to vote for the APC candidate, Ododo in the November 11 governorship election to ensure sustainability and consolidation.
He said that Ododo is a refined gentleman who has leant leadership through the ropes, and as a mentee of the New Direction government, if voted in as governor, would continue with projects that directly touch lives of Kogi people at home particularly in the areas of infrastructure, security, rural empowerment and healthcare services.
He assured that Ododo would pay specific attention to the welfare of the public servants, and ensured peaceful co-existence in the ranks of political leaders across the divides and sustain the progress of the state.
