… says only APC’s agenda aligns with socio-economical, political plans for state

A renowned philanthropist for from Kogi East and Founder, Danarewa-Emperor-foundation, Dr Mubarak Musa Saliu has thrown his weight behind the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo noting that his organisation’s main concern was a more developed Kogi state and the APC has agreed to work with us towards achieving same vision.

He said that as a business man and philanthropist, his major concern is to have enough resources to attend to the needy people in the society, be it in the educational sector, Commerce and industry and or any other sector of life.

Dr. Mubarak said that ‘’the APC led administration saw it fit to sit with us as a team and go through the process of negotiations and certain conclusions were reached and we shared same ideals and aspirations’’.

He noted that their gesture has made it pertinent to throw in his full support behind the APC lead administration and the bid for continuity in governance as it is clear that only the APC is willing to see to the achievement of some of the socio-economical and political plans we have for kogites in general.

According to him he does not have any issues with those who are not interested in the ideas brought forth by the APC and it’s candidate rather does he have issues with those that are pursuing a regional agenda.

‘’Our main concern is that we have a more developed Kogi state and the APC has agreed to work with us towards achieving same. We can only work where our interest is protected. We all know that politics is about interest and nothing more’’ he said.
