Kogi Guber: Technical Disenfranchisement Allegations against APC Campaign DG reflects mental laziness – Council says
The Director of Media and Publicity/Spokesman, Kogi State APC Governorship Campaign Council, Hon. Kingsley Fanwo has asserted that reckless falsehood that the APC’s Campaign DG, HM Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu was distributing recharge cards that will automatically deactivate the voter’s cards of the beneficiaries is a reflection of mental laziness of the promoters of such claim.
He made it known on Tuesday in a signed press statement where he said that as ludicrous and mentally indolent as the allegations were, it became pertinent to set the record straight to save the unsuspecting public from the unbridled propaganda of the opposition.
Fanwo added that the intention of some sessions of the opposition is to create panic, spread falsehood and make it look like Kogi is at war.
He said “They know they can’t win any election here because the people of Kogi State know the leaders they trust. Our Director General, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, has a reputation of transparency and respect for the rule of law. He possesses a capacity to be trusted and followed by the people. He does not need to contemplate any foul means of winning election when his pedigree, antecedents, track record and family background place him on a comfortable pedestal to ensure his people remain with the party that has served them so well and that will do better and more for the people at all levels”.
The spokesperson called on the people to disregard the figment of the imagination of the scripters of the fiction stating that the APC will win a free, fair and credible election on November 11.
