Director General of Kogi State APC Campaign Council in charge of Western Senatorial District for the November 16 2019 election, Hon Haruna Isah has inaugurated the Yagba West Local Government Council of the Campaign.

The inauguration was done on Friday in Odo – Ere, the Local Government Headquarters.

Performing the inauguration, Hon Haruna Isah urged the people of the area to own ‘Project Return Governor Yahaya Bello’ to power by making sure he records smooth victory at the poll.

Hon Haruna who is the immediate past member of House of Representatives that represented Lokoja/Kogi (Kotonkarfe) federal constituency at the National Assembly stressed the need for members of the campaign team to work assiduously to ensure APC smooth sailing.

He said the present administration of Alhaji Yahaya Bello has always emphasised his commitment to the industrialisation of the state, hence his sighting of the Kogi State Rice Mill in the area, a project that has created both direct and indirect jobs for citizens of the state and the area in particular.

Hon Haruna who further expressed confidence in the ability of the APC whose flag bearers, Alhaji Yahaya Bello and Hon Edward Onoja win the election hands down in view of their antecedents, urged members of the campaign team not to leave any stones unturned.

For him; “To ensure victory for our party, you as members of this campaign council need to work round the clock, using all means necessary including making friends of even your former enemies to ensure we succeed. Kogi is for all of us and we must support the work currently being done by Governor Yahaya Bello and his running mate by ensuring their victory on November 16.”

He used the occasion to assure the people of Kogi West and the state in general that the second term of Governor Bello would be better than the first one as he has been able to identify the problems and has designed plans to address them.
