Late Pastor Ayo Adun was passionate about the needy, Chief Onoja says
Kogi State Deputy Governor, Chief (Dr.) Edward Onoja has said the Late Senior Pastor of the Millennium Christian Ministry, Lokoja, Pastor Ayo Adun was passionate about the underprivileged, irrespective of their tribal or religious leanings.
He disclosed this on Friday, during the Wake and Service of Songs held in honor of the Late Pastor who died on December 26, 2021, at the age of 53.
Chief Onoja who led a Christian hymn: “When the saints go marching on…” conveyed the condolences of His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello to the Late Pastor’s family; his friends, colleagues, and entire members of the Ministry.
He said the Clergyman, during his life time, rendered many great services to humanity through love and charity, noting that he rekindled the hope of many and served selflessly to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
He prayed God to grant the Late Pastor eternal rest, whilst granting those he has left behind, the fortitude to bear his irreplaceable loss.
