Governor Yahaya Bello wins the gubernatorial court tussle same way Engineer Musa Wada wins the legitimacy of being a candidate in the Kogi State gubernatorial race, two of them have fulfilled a destiny as far as human aspiration is concerned. For daring to contest while others snore away in fear, the two leaders have demonstrated the audacity of bravery.

While we now have a verdict, time it is for all the cheerleaders of these great leaders to drop their swords, lower their jeers and allow genuine governance to thrive. Bello and Wada joined the race to serve and not to make enemies of themselves, stop weeping more than the bereaved, stop dancing more than the dancer, stop brewing needless discord. Allow the actors to chart a course for governance consolidation.

This is not the time to gloat or whine, this is the time to move Kogi to the next level. No state develops with disgruntled rancour, let’s follow the candour of Bello and Wada who for once have not thrown tantrums at each other. They have demonstrated decorum, civility and utmost respect for themselves and we the followers must copy the template of these leaders.

Again, just like Bello , Wada is also a winner.
