Pharm. Asuku offset school fees of Medical Student

The Chief of staff to the Kogi State Governor, Pharm. Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku recently paid the tuition and university bills of a newly admitted Medical student of the University of Ilorin.

The female student, Miss Sadiq Nimatullahi, from Okene, Kogi state, emerged best Jamb student in Kogi State last year and 11th best WAEC result in the country.

She was recently admitted to the university of Ilorin to study medicine and surgery and it was brought to the attention of Pharm. Asuku the inability of her guardians to pay such amount.

The Chief of Staff who has often been involved in several health and education intervention and kind gestures both personal and through his foundation PAAYEF then requested to extend such gesture to the young lady.

The Kogi State Chief of Staff has noted severally that his concern for young people to fulfill their dreams has always been a focal point in his life’s philosophy and that the all hands may not be equal, but others who are in privileged positions should always extend kind gestures to the less privileged ones.

It is also on record that he has in multiple occasions paid medical bills of patients and sponsored many across institutions within the country.
