Pharm. Asuku pays last respect to Alhaji Ibrahim Aboh in Omala

…grants higher institution scholarship

The Chief of Staff to Kogi State Governor, Pharm. Abdulkareem Moh’d Jamiu Asuku was in Omala local government area of Kogi State on behalf of his boss, His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello to pay tribute to late Alhaji Ibrahim Aboh, father to the Chairman of Omala local government area Hon. Ibrahim Abu Odoma.

Pharm. Abdulkareem Asuku described the late Alhaji Ibrahim Aboh as a true statesman and a lover of peace, saying the Igala kingdom as a whole has lost a true son.

On behalf of the governor, he prayed to God to grant the deceased Aljannah Fidaus and fortitude for his loved ones to bear the loss.

The Chief of Staff was accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Rabiu Alfa and other top government officials. He expressed the governor’s condolence to family members of the deceased, particularly, Hon. Ibrahim Abu Odoma; the Omala people and the entire people of Igala kingdom.

Pharm. Asuku also granted scholarship to one Muzameel Muhammed, an SS2 student who recited a portion of the Holy Quran at the event. The Chief of staff promised to shoulder the financial burden of the benefitiary till the conclusion of his tertiary education.
