Ramadan: Hon Ali Bello urges Muslims to embrace values of compassion, harmony

The Chief of Staff to Kogi State Governor, Hon. Ali Bello, has extended heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community in Kogi State, Nigeria and globally as they commence the holy month of Ramadan. He wishes for blessings, peace, and spiritual fulfillment to all Muslims across the state.

In his Ramadan message made available to journalists in Lokoja on Monday, the Chief of Staff urged Muslims to take full advantage of the climate of mercy of the holy month of Ramadan and pray to the Almighty Allah to help the state overcome its challenges, and bless the governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Usman Ododo, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other leaders of the country with the needed wisdom and strength in their quest to deliver good governance to the people.

He called on residents to embrace the spirit of Ramadan by extending kindness and support to those in need, urging citizens to uphold the principles of tolerance, understanding, and mutual respect, which are integral to the fabric of Kogi State’s diverse society.

Hon. Bello also commended the efforts of Islamic scholars, community leaders, and volunteers who continue to play pivotal roles in organizing activities and providing assistance during Ramadan. He prayed that their dedication to promoting spirituality, education, and social welfare initiatives that benefit the wider populace be reward by Almighty Allah.

The Chief of Staff urged all residents of Kogi State to continue to embrace the values of compassion, solidarity, and harmony exemplified by this auspicious occasion.
