Rector NKFI mourns Maigari’s demise, describes him as a father to many
The Rector, Nigeria – Korea Friendship Institute (NKFI), Mr. Charles Oluwatoyin has mourned the demise of the Maigari of Lokoja Alhaji Dr Muhammad Kabir Maikarfi III, OON who passed away on Wednesday at the age of 80 years after a brief illness.
The NKFI Rector in a personal note of commiseration on Thursday described the late Maigari as a father to many, including himself noting that he was a traditional ruler that treated everyone of his subjects equally not minding where they came from.
He noted that the Maigari was a man of peace and great wisdom, who was at all time ready to help anyone who asked his counsel. The Rector added that the late paramount ruler served his subjects with love and the fear of God.
He added that the Maigari would be remembered as a just, fair and equitable king who through his lifetime preached and practiced peaceful coexistence amongst everyone, love for all mankind stressing that his unforgettable legacies would be remembered kindly in the annals of history.
Mr. Charles commiserated with the family of the Maigari, the people of Lokoja and the entire state over the demise of the paramount ruler while he prayed for you God to grant him eternal rest.
