“Thank you for saving my life” Abdulmalik Wuleimat Jumai to Pharm Asuku

Few months ago, Abdulmalik Jumai Wuleimat was stabbed in her waist by a Fulani herder at Elaite in Ajaokuta LGA of Kogi State. According to her, she was in her shop when a harmless discussion ensued between her and the herder who was suspected to be running from a similar crime due to the way he was panting.

After stabbing the left side of her waist, it affected part of her intestine. Mrs Wuleimat was rushed to a nearby clinic for a first aid attention not knowing the intensity of the injury. She returned home after the first aid treatment. But, after some hours, she begin to experience some unusual feelings which was later discovered to be the effect of the stabbing.

This resulted in her inability to pass excreta thus resulting to swollen stomach and discomfort. After spending money on the first surgery, they were exhausted and couldn’t proceed to the second phase of the surgical requirements, thus, the need to seek for financial assistance from the public.

An appeal was raised on facebook and whatsapp platforms for financial assistance to carry out the second surgery. When the chief of staff to Kogi State governor Pharmacist Abdulkareem Asuku Jamiu saw it, in his usual thirst for live saving, he ordered that she should be moved immediately to the hospital. Mrs Abdulmalik Jumai Wuleimat was rushed to FMC by the Medical team of the chief of staff. She was booked for the surgery and to the glory of God, the operation was successful and
She has been discharged and returned home to her family.while
Expressing gratitude, Mrs Abdulmalik Jumai Wuleimat said she and her family are eternally grateful to the chief of staff whom God used to restore her back to life when she and her family almost lost hope.
“I am grateful to chief for this thing he has done for me. God used him to bring me back to life. I have lost hope, I never knew he will come for me. Now I am back to my husband and my children.”
She prayed that God will continue to bless the chief of staff for all he has done for me ,many and still doing for humanity. Ameen
