Zonal Security Adviser Meets Kogi Vigilante Commanders Over Border Security
The Zonal Security Adviser for the Ankpa Federal Axis has convened a strategic security meeting with the Sector Commander of the Kogi State Vigilante Service and the Local Government Area Commanders of Ankpa, Omala, and Olamaboro.
The meeting focused on reviewing the security situation along the border communities within the Ankpa Federal Axis. Discussions centered on identifying emerging security threats, strengthening intelligence gathering and information sharing, and enhancing coordinated operations to address criminal activities across the three local government areas.
Speaking during the meeting, the security officials emphasized the importance of sustained collaboration among all security stakeholders to ensure effective surveillance and rapid response to security challenges.
