The pProvost of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, Dr. Mohammed K. Ibrahim, FICENT, has felicitated with the governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on his 48th birthday.

In aa message signed by the Provost and made available to InsideStory, he described Yahaya Bello as a leader with a nack for excellence.
