Comrade Osiako Sunday Unveils Theme for 2023 International Youth Day »

The Acting Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter has unveiled the theme for the 2023 International Youth Day Celebration (IYD).

He said, “The International Youth Day theme is released yearly by the United Nation is today unveiled by the Authority of God and that of the entire Youths of Kogi State as “Green Skills for Youth: towards a sustainable world.”

The press release issued through his office described this year’s theme as one that resonate with the realities of Youths in Kogi State and in Nigeria. He said, “the current realities of Nigeria and the world is that which requires a rapid and innovative set of skill capable of spurring development that will fulfill the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The youth leader called on all youths to acquire skills alongside their educational qualifications and use those skills for self sustainance and in upholding the SDGs.
