Lokoja Caretaker Chairman Felicitates with Prof. Usman Ogbo Over Reappointment »

The Caretaker Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area Comrade Abdullahi Adamu has felicitated with the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Professor Usman Ogbo over the renewal of his appointment by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

The Chairman in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media, Iliyasu Zakari on Monday stated that Prof. Usman Ogbo’s achievements are clearly visible and deserving of the renewal for a second term at the helms of affairs of the Institution.

The Caretaker Chairman congratulated the Rector for the well deserved reappointment. “The renewal is a reward for hard work and the visible progress in both infrastructures and improved Academic standard. I have no doubt he will continue to grow the institution.”

The Chairman while also noting the synergy between the Institution and the local government stated that “The Rector has contributed immensely to bringing sanity and security, not only within the institution but the neighbouring Polytechnic Community.”

He prayed to Allah to continue to guide the Rector as he began a new journey.
