Achimugu Endorses Governor Ododo All Campus Games 2026 »

Abubakar Adaji Achimugu, a senior executive of eTranzact International Plc, has endorsed the Governor Ododo All Campus Games 2026, describing the initiative as a unifying platform capable of bringing students from tertiary institutions across Kogi State together through sports.

Achimugu gave the endorsement when members of the organising committee of the Governor Ododo All Campus Games 2026 paid him a visit at his office in Abuja.

The eTranzact executive commended the organisers for conceiving a competition that, beyond sporting activities, could promote unity, friendship and healthy competition among students across the state.

He noted that sporting activities remain an effective avenue for discovering and nurturing young talents, while also creating opportunities for young people from different backgrounds to interact and build lasting relationships.

Achimugu also praised the Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, for what he described as his administration’s commitment to youth development and empowerment.

The eTranzact executive assured the organising committee of his willingness to partner with and support the Governor Ododo All Campus Games, expressing optimism that the competition would achieve its objectives.

He encouraged the organisers to sustain the vision and ensure that the games provide a platform for students to demonstrate their sporting abilities while fostering unity across the various institutions and senatorial districts of the state.

The Governor Ododo All Campus Games 2026 is designed to bring students from tertiary institutions across Kogi State together in a competitive sporting environment, while promoting youth development, talent discovery, unity and social interaction.

Achimugu currently serves in a senior public-sector leadership role at eTranzact. In 2026, the company has publicly identified him as Executive Director and Group Head, Public Sector Division. He has also represented the company at major national engagements focusing on digital transformation, public-sector reform and economic development.
