Avoyi Nwogu Bags Icon Of Grassroots Mobilization Award
The Senior Special Assistant on Electronic Media to the Governor of Kogi State, Hon. Billie Avoyi Nwogu has been conferred with an award tagged ‘Icon of Grassroots Mobilization.
Hon. Avoyi Nwogu was among other notable leaders honoured on Saturday at the graduation/award ceremony organized by the Kogi Projector for Good Governance which held at NUJ in Lokoja.
At the ceremony, Mr. David Ohinoyi who was the chief host, said the Senior Special Assistant was being honoured for her selfless services to the people at the grassroots and the progress of the state.
Mr. Ohinoyi urged young individuals in governance to study and follow the footsteps of Hon. Avoyi Nwogu who he described as a humble human with numerous achievements beneath her belt.
