Breaking News: Oladele Nihi Appointed As Returning Officer For Kogi NYCN Elective Congress
The President of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ambassador Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo has appointed Amb. Oladele John Nihi as the returning officer for the Kogi State Chapter’s election.
In a letter exclusively obtained by InsideStoryNg, which was addressed to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, Amb. Sukubo said it was in the exercise of his constitutional powers as the National President of the Council.
“I am pleased to inform you that, in excercise of my constitutional powers as the President of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), in Article 10, Item 6, Unit C. Sub 1. Paragraph VIII of the NYCN constitution 2018 as amended. I Ambassador Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo has appointed Amb Oladele John Nihi as the Returning Officer for the NYCN Kogi State Chapter election of 2021.
“Please note that as Returning Officer, Amb. Oladele John Nihi shall return/declare the election of each of the 19 members of the State Executive Committee.” he said.
The President further solicited the Governor’s support for the returning officer.
