Hon. Emmanuel Ocholi Idachaba has officially stepped down from the race for the Idah Federal Constituency seat, declaring his full support and loyalty to the consensus candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In a move described as a demonstration of political maturity, party unity, and commitment to the collective interest of the APC, Hon. Idachaba said his decision was taken in the best interest of the party and the people of Idah Federal Constituency.

He expressed deep appreciation to the Governor of Kogi State, the Deputy Governor, party leaders, stakeholders, political associates, and his supporters across the constituency for their steadfast support, encouragement, and solidarity throughout the period of the contest.

According to him, the overwhelming confidence and goodwill shown towards his aspiration remain a strong source of motivation and encouragement.

Hon. Idachaba assured his supporters that his commitment to the peace, development, and progress of Idah Federal Constituency remains resolute despite his withdrawal from the race.

“This decision does not in any way diminish my passion to serve our people. I remain fully committed to contributing meaningfully to the advancement of Idah Federal Constituency and the continued success of our great party,” he stated.
