…says it is impossible to put God First and be last

Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Center, Pastor Paul Enenche has hailed Governor Yahaya Bello over what he described as a “God First” mentality, noting particularly among other things the building of a worship center at the Kogi State Government House.

He made this known on Friday during a brief service held at the Kogi State Government House Chapel Lokoja, where he was received by the State Deputy Governor, Dr. Edward David Onoja and other top government officials.

The clergyman stated that the building which was dedicated by the President Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Rved. Samson Ayokunle has clearly shown the governor’s heart towards God and God’s people.

Dr. Eneche who gave a brief sermon from the scriptures in Matthew 6:33 noted that everything a man does to God defines his expected desires adding that whatever mindset sponsored the Governor’s action to build the Chapel, such footstep was highly commendable.

Dr Enenche also commended Governor Bello for prioritising the empowerment of women by giving them the opportunity to serve in sensitive positions in his administration.

He described Governor Bello as the most gender-sensitive governor in the country and prayed his style of leadership was replicated at the federal level.

During the visit, the clergyman prayed to God to bless the Governor and members of his cabinet with divine wisdom, foresight and good health to continue to pilot the affairs of the state.
