Enenche commends Kogi Government on response to COVID-19 pandemic
The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Center, Pastor Paul Enenche has commended Kogi State Government on its response that contained the panic during the outbreak of pandemic in the state.
He gave the commendation at the three days ongoing crusade at the Lokoja Confluence Station.
His exact words; “I want to congratulate Kogi State for how you dealt with coronavirus. “You just mesmerized, yeyerized and smallified the thing,” he said.
Governor Yahaya Bello has continued to receive accolades from different quarters for being a lone voice of logic against the commercialization of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country. The Governor on several occasions did agree to the existence of the coronavirus, however, he has continued to fault the national approach to tackling the pandemic, insisting that the virus isn’t as deadly as people are made to believe.
As controversial as it has been, with less stringent adherence to the COVID-19 protocols, Kogi State still remains the state with the least cases of recorded infections, even with the arguments that the said cases were recorded outside the state.
