Eid-el-Kabir: Ali Bello Urges Muslims to Uphold Virtues of Faith, Compassion
The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ali Bello, has felicitated with Muslims across Kogi State and Nigeria on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
Alhaji Bello described Eid-el-Kabir as a significant period for sober reflection, sacrifice, obedience, and unshakable faith in Allah, as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim (AS).
He urged the Muslim faithful to uphold the lessons of the festival by promoting peace, unity, tolerance, and compassion in their communities, stressing the need for collective prayers and support for the continued growth and development of Kogi State and Nigeria.
The Chief of Staff also called on residents of the state to celebrate responsibly and extend love and support to the less privileged during the festive season.
According to him, the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo remains committed to delivering purposeful leadership and sustainable development for the benefit of all Kogites.
Alhaji Bello prayed that Allah accepts the sacrifices and supplications of the Muslim Ummah and grants peace, progress, and prosperity to every family and the nation at large.
