Hon Ecomog congratulstes new ALGON leadership in Kogi State »

The Chairman of Kogi Local Government Area, Hon Abdulkarim Isah Ecomog has congratulated the new leadership of Kogi State Chapter of Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON).

He said the new leadership which is under the Ijumu Local Government Chairman, Hon Taofiq Isah deserved their election.

Hon Ecomog, also applauded the decision to elect the Chairmen of Dekina and Ajaokuta Local Government Areas, Hon Ishaq Shaibu and Hon Mustapha Akaaba as well deserved and shows the progressive nature of Kogi State ALGON.

Hon Ecomog, who said he was not surprised over the election of the members of executive noted that re – electing Hon Taofiq Isah shows that one good turn deserved another.

To him, ALGON could only grow from strength to strength, stressing that his Local Government would continue to support the leadership for the progress of all member LGAs.

While praying for God to assist the helmsmen in the discharge of their responsibilities, he expressed deep gratitude to Governor Yahaya Bello for assisting the body to achieve its aims and objectives.

He expressed optimism that Local Government Areas in the state would continue to witness development in all ramifications under the present administration and urged all citizens of the state to solidify their support for the Governor at all times.
