Hon Fanwo Commends GYB on Democracy Dividends in Kogi State

The Governor of Kogi State ,Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has been commended for his passion to deliver the dividends of democracy to the good people of Kogi State.

The Commissioner For Information and Communications, Hon Kingsley Fanwo, made the commendation in his residence during a chat with Journalists .

Hon Fanwo commended the people of Kogi State on the celebration of Democracy Day adding that the declaration of June 12 to celebrate Democracy demonstrates how important democracy is to the FGN.

Speaking further, Hon Fanwo expressed his confidence in GYB’s passion to continue to deliver the dividends of Democracy to the good people of Kogi State through completing legacy projects that add value to the people.

He commended GYB’s passion to extend education to the people through the establishment of CUSTEC in Osara adding that it has afforded Kogians the golden opportunity to acquire tertiary education without traveling outside the state ,appreciating GYB for the proposed Okun University as it would compliment the academic aspiration of the Okun People.

Hon Fanwo commended the security initiative of GYB stating that it has ensured acellerated human and economic development reiterating that no meaningful development can take place in a chaotic environment.

The Information Commissioner described the construction of the Ganaja Junction overhead bridge as one of GYB’s milestone projects as it has beautified the state capital,has reduced accidents and has ensured economy in the expenses on vehicular maintenance.

He pointed out that the Operation Light -Up Kogi is one of the most conspicuous projects of GYB to extend electricity to the nooks and crannies to enhance overall economic development in Kogi State appealing to Kogites to appreciate these legacy projects by supporting the administration of GYB.

While wishing the people happy celebrations,Hon Fanwo called on the people to ensure the victory of APC in the November 11th Governorship Elections.
