Kogi Deputy Speaker Congratulates Gov. Bello, Deputy as Supreme Court trash out DPP case for lack of merit

Yesterday Tuesday August 25th, 2020 was the beginning of another unbeatable record in the judiciary as the case instituted by the DPP over alleged unlawful exclusion was dismissed for lack of merit.

The Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed while Congratulating the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello and his Deputy, Chief Edward David Onoja, said the victory was expected, while calling on the DPP to in the best interest of the state to join hands with the Governor for the benefit of all.

According to the Ankpa 1 legislator; Governor Yahaya Bello has always been magnanimous in victory, assuring that every part of the State will experience massive development with the support of all Kogites irrespective of tribes, ethnic and political differences, the State will move forward.

The State Legislator who is also confident that, come Monday 31st August, 2020, the APC will also coast to victory against the PDP, said this will allow the Governor, his Deputy and the entire progressive team to settle down in taking Kogi State to greater heights without any distractions.
