Kogi State Secretaries Greets Elder Joel Salifu Oyibo On His Birthday »

The Association of Local Government Secretaries of Nigeria (Kogi State Chapter), has Congratulated the Deputy Governor of Kogi state, His Excellency Elder Joel Salifu Oyibo on the occasion of his birthday, the Association joining family, friends and well-wishers across the globe to celebrate an exceptional leader, who exemplifies service to humanity.

The Association Chairman through His Secretary Hon. Prince Matthew James Omeiza praises Elder OYIBO steadfast contributions to the peace and progress of Kogi state and Nigeria, hailing him as a reference for selfless leadership.

The chairman recognises the frontline deputy Governor unparallel commitment to the development of the state , which is manifest in the support given to infrastructural plans of the government, celebrating him as a shinning example of devotion to service of the people.
