Governor Ododo Hosts Little Miss Nigeria 2026 Queen Aisha Audu

Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, has received the winner of the Little Miss Nigeria (LMN) 2026 pageant, Queen Aisha Salau Audu, at the Government House in Lokoja following her emergence as the overall winner of the national competition.
The governor hosted the 10-year-old Kogi indigene alongside Queen Pristine Somadina Chinedu, who represented Imo State and won the Little Miss Nigeria International crown after finishing as second runner-up, on Saturday, October 10, 2026.
Aisha, an Ebira girl and immediate past Little Miss Kogi, secured the national title, bringing recognition to her home state through her performance at the pageant.

The visit provided an opportunity to present the two young queens to the governor and acknowledge their achievements in a competition designed to promote children’s confidence, talents, leadership, cultural awareness and positive self-expression.
Queen Aisha expressed appreciation to Ododo for receiving her and providing an opportunity to celebrate her achievement with the Kogi State Government and its people.
She also pledged to represent the state with dignity and serve as a positive role model for other children.
Pristine, who accompanied Aisha on the visit, joined in the celebration of their achievements and experienced the hospitality of the host state.
The reception stresses the importance of creating opportunities for children to develop their abilities and showcase their talents beyond their immediate communities.
Aisha’s victory marks a personal milestone for the young queen and a source of pride for her family and community in Kogi State.
Her emergence as Little Miss Nigeria 2026 also points to the potential of young people from the state to compete at national level, while underscoring the role of encouragement and opportunity in helping children develop their abilities.
