KSCOE Mopa celebrates Asiwaju Dr Prince Olatunji Olusoji on his birthday, acknowledging his sponsorship of about 100 students.
The Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, has celebrated philanthropist Asiwaju Dr Prince Olatunji Olusoji on his birthday, commending his support for education, including the sponsorship of about 100 students at the institution.
The Provost of the college, Prof. Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, conveyed the institution’s goodwill message on behalf of its Governing Council, management, staff and students, describing Olusoji’s contributions as an investment in the future of young people.
In the birthday message, Ibrahim acknowledged the philanthropist’s support for the college, particularly his sponsorship of about 100 students, which he said had helped create educational opportunities for beneficiaries.
The Provost also recognised Olusoji’s philanthropic activities and contributions to society, noting that his commitment to education had earned him a special place in the college community.
“At KSCOE (T), Mopa, we are particularly grateful for your exceptional support to our College, especially your sponsorship of about 100 students,” Ibrahim said.
He added that the commitment to supporting students’ education was a legacy that would continue to benefit future generations.
Ibrahim described Olusoji as a friend of the institution whose generosity and support had continued to inspire members of the college community.
He prayed for God’s blessings upon the celebrant, wishing him long life, sound health, greater accomplishments and the grace to continue contributing to societal development.
The message reaffirmed the college’s appreciation of private-sector and individual contributions to educational development, particularly initiatives that support students and expand access to learning.
