Senate Committee: Sen. Karimi starting well, will surely deliver on promises, make Kogi West proud – Bode Adeyemi

The Special Adviser to the Governor of Kogi State on Civil Service and Labour Matters, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi has congratulated the Senator representing Kogi West, Sunday Karimi over his recent appointment as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Senate Services.

Omoluabi who made the commendation in a press release made available to InsideStory on Wednesday, described the cheering news of the appointment as an undeniable indication that the Senator is popular among his colleagues and loved by the Senate leadership which signifies as good start and a promising representation ahead.

He said that the Senator was elected because of his legislative experience, ability to relate and capacity to influence development to the people and that this appointment shows that he has started to manifest his innate capacity and ability. He therefore encouraged the Senator not to relent but continue to blaize the trail for over development of Kogi West, the state and Nigeria.

The Special Adviser said that Senator Sunday Karimi made an outstanding outing during his two term stint in the House of Representatives, a representation that attracted development to Yagba land, saying that he is confident that he would do better and deliver on all promises to Kogi West Senatorial district.

Hon Omoluabi stressed that by this appointment, Kogi West should be prepared for genuine development and unassailable representation. He thanked the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio for keeping faith with the Kogi West Senator.
