Suleiman Baba-Ali Network Foundation appreciates FG, State, stakeholders for award of Iluke/Ayetoro Kiri/Eggan Road »

The Suleiman Baba-Ali Network Foundation under the leadership of Alhaji Yahaya Adama, has praised the Federal Government for the award of Iluke/Ayetoro Kiri/Eggan road.

He stated this in a message through the spokesperson of the group, Comr. Yakubu Abubakar in Lokoja on Friday.

The group noted that the decision of government to intervene on the project would ease the people’s sufferings especially in the area of transportation of farm crops including food items and others which would benefit the state and the local communities.

The chairman therefore congratulated the people of Bunu and Eggan for the approval, describing the gesture as capable increasing the economic development of the areas and the state.

He disclosed that the need for construction of the road was long overdue and pleaded with the government to let the project see the light of the day and in earnest.

He maintained that the road has been affecting the socio economic life of Kiri people and this has been a major concern for the citizen.
