Engr Bashir Gegu thanks Gov Bello for relocation of Kogi Poly satellite Campus to GSS Kotonkarfe; calls on people to massively vote APC tomorrow
Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Mineral and Natural Resources, Engr Abubakar Bashir Gegu has expressed gratitude to the state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for the decision of management of the state Polytechnic to relocate its School of Basic and Preliminary Studies to Kotonkarfe.
He spoke on Friday morning while reacting to the news, saying it showed the passion and love the Govenor has for his people and educational advancement and spread of the sector’s infrastructure to all parts of the state.
Engr Bashir Gegu who stressed that the state as growing in lips and bounds across subsectors reiterated the commitment of his people to reciprocate by solidifying their support for the ruling APC.
According to the Commissioner, Governor Yahaya Bello is detribalised and has always the best interest of the people at heart, noting that the only way people could reciprocate is by supporting the government at all times.
The Commissioner who said this Saturday’s election gives the people the opportunity to show their love for the Governor for his kind gestures enjoined the people of Kogi Local Government Area to vote massively for the APC.
“We are most grateful that God planted a man like Govenror Yahaya Bello as the number one citizen of the state at this point in time. Kogi State is lucky and I must say my Local Government is also lucky. We have a man that is passionate about our development.
“We have never had it so good as a people. The best way we can reciprocate is to give the government and the APC massive support. We are a thankful people and that should reflect in us in Saturday’s election.”
