Kogi NYCN: KYDC Chair congratulates new executive, urges synergy for accelerated youth development
Kogi State Youth Development Commission (KYDC) has congratulated the newly elected executives of Kogi State Chapter National Youth Council of Nigeria on their victory at the just concluded state congress.
This was contained in a press statement signed for the Chairman, Hon Lawal James, by his Technical Assitant, Hon Zakari Iliyasu following the declaration of results.
He particularly congratulated the Chairman-elect, Comrade Usman Ogohi Samuel and other members for the peaceful exercise and assured them of the commission’s support to bring out the best in Kogi Youths.
Hon Lawal admonish members to quickly key in to the Youth-friendly plans, programs and policies of the administration of His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for accelerated development of the youth through the energy of the youth.
He stressed that the Gov Bello led administration has demonstrated unprecedented desire to change the story of the Youths by giving us platforms one of this is the Kogi State Youth Development Commission.
He commended the state Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for his continued support to the various youth bodies in the state.
The Chairman also enjoined all the candidates who participated in the election to embrace the slogan “No victor, No vanquish” and join hands to contribute to the development of Youth and the state.
He urged the executives to justify the confidence by working tirelessly for the benefit of the state.
