Ejura Onoja mourns Mrs Kolawole, describes her as “woman of virtue”
Wife of Kogi State Deputy Governor, Mrs Ejura Onoja has expressed shock and grief over the death of Pastor (Mrs) Esther Kolawole.
Late Pastor Esther, wife of the Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Prince Matthew Kolawole, died in an illness on Sunday morning at a hospital in Lagos State.
Mrs Onoja in a condolence message through her aide, Halimat Isah, described the deceased as a woman of strong character and mirror to younger generations, adding that her impact would be greatly missed.
Her message; “I convey my deepest condolences to the immediate family members of Kogi Speaker over this tragedy. I’m grieved by this loss of a fellow woman of virtue.
“Late Mrs Kolawole was not just a godly woman. She was a mother to many, disciplined and one who believed in human development.
“People like her are very rare. She was a compendium of humility, selflessness and righteousness.” she lamented.
Mrs Onoja prayed to God to grant her soul eternal glory and the family the strength of heart to bear the loss.
