Birthday: Kogi SEMA Boss, Mouktar Atimah Describes Yahaya Bello As Resilient Leader, Builder of Modern Kogi State »

The Executive Secretary, Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (KOSEMA), Alh Mouktar Atimah, has joined millions of Kogites and Nigerians at large to felicitate with the former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello on his auspicious birthday.
