Your Excellency, Former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello,

You are indeed the father of modern-day politics in Kogi State.

Your Excellency, I am honored to express my heartfelt gratitude for your visionary leadership and philosophy, which prioritizes merit and capacity over status and prejudice, thereby providing a platform for young leaders to emerge and thrive. I am deeply grateful to have benefited from your mentorship and support which has been instrumental in shaping my leadership journey as Provost Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa.

It is worthy to note how the developmental strides of your administration transformed all sectors of the Kogi State economy; an enduring legacy which you graciously bequeathed to your worthy successor, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, to consolidate on.
