Hon. Monday Anyebe Congratulates Kogi Deputy Governor on Chieftaincy Honour
Kogi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Aridaojo Monday Anyebe (HAMA), has congratulated the state’s Deputy Governor, Comrade Joel Salifu, on his conferment with the traditional title of Ogah-Achadu Oko Atta.
The chieftaincy title was bestowed on the Deputy Governor by the Traditional Prime Minister of Igala Kingdom, Achadu Oko Atta, His Royal Highness Alih Yusuf Ameh Adaji III, at his palace in Idah.
In a congratulatory message, Anyebe described the traditional recognition as a significant honour for the Deputy Governor and an acknowledgement of his contributions to his people.
The Commissioner said the title reflected the confidence and respect that the Deputy Governor enjoys within his clan and among the people.
He congratulated Salifu on the recognition and wished him continued wisdom and strength in his service to Kogi State and its people.

Anyebe also acknowledged the Deputy Governor’s role in the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, particularly in supporting efforts aimed at promoting development and unity across the state.
The traditional ceremony, which coincided with the third anniversary of the Achadu Oko Atta on the throne, attracted political leaders, traditional stakeholders, friends and well-wishers from across Kogi State.
