Hon. Suleiman Baba-Ali mourns Kogi Chief Judge, Honorable Justice Nasiru Ajana, CON

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Kogi State, Alhaji Suleiman Baba-Ali, has commiserated with the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, Ebira Kingdom and the people of Kogi State over the death of the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Nasiru Ajana.

Hon Baba-Ali expressed his condolences to the family of the late Chief Judge, whom he described as a courageous and diligent judicial officer.

In his condolence letter to Governor Bello, which he personally signed through Comr. Yakubu Abubakar, Suleiman Baba-Ali said: “I received with great shock and grief, the news of the death of an illustrious public servant and a jurist of high intellectual repute, Hon. Justice Nasiru Ajana, Chief Judge of Kogi State.

The late Chief Judge was not just among the longest serving in that capacity in the history of Kogi State, he was highly respected by all for his sense of justice, fairness, and equity. As a judicial officer, he discharged himself creditably.

On behalf of myself and SBA NETWORK, I wish to express our sincere sympathy and deepest condolences to Your Excellency, the Nigerian Judiciary, his immediate and extended family as well as the entire people of Kogi State on this irreparable loss.

Our hearts are with you all at this moment. We pray that Almighty Allah grant his soul eternal rest, comfort his family and give us all the fortitude to bear this loss.
