Kogi commences screening for intending pilgrims to Jerusalem

In its bid to ascertain genuine intending pilgrims to Jerusalem later in the year, the Kogi State Christian Pilgrims Commission has commenced screening for all the intending pilgrims who registered with the commission in the state.

The Executive Chairman of the Commission, Pastor Samuel Ajinuhi who made this known in Lokoja said the exercise which which began this morning at 9 o’clock in the morning, would last till 4pm.

According to Pastor Ajinuhi the valid E-passport of the intending pilgrims not less than 6month validity and all submitted documents, which includes certificate of origin, medical fitness, marriage certificate, if married, tax clearance certificate, if not a civil servant among others, must be made available for the screening.

While assuring the intending pilgrims of the commission’s adequate preparations for them to have a memorable and worthwhile experience during the holy exercise.
