Kogi First Lady, distributes medical items from 'Future Assured' to state Specialist Hospital in Lokoja »

The First Lady of Kogi State, Mrs. Rashida Bello, has, on behalf of Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari’s Future Assured pet project, distributed some medical items to the Kogi State Specialist Hospital in Lokoja .

Mrs Rashida Yahaya Bello expressed her profound gratitude to Mrs Aisha Buhari for her kind gestures towards the people of Kogi State while presenting the medical items to the management of the state specialist hospital.

Some of the items presented to the management and sick patients ware: Hapic, Detol solution, Detol soaps, face masks, clinical thermometers, infusions, theatre gowns and money.

In the company of the Kogi First Lady were; the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Mrs Folashade Ayoade Arike, Commisioner for Women Affairs, Hon. Mrs Fatima Kabir Buba, and other dignitaries.

The SSG in her speech described Mrs Aisha Buhari as a loving mother and appreciated her for having the love of her children at heart.

Professor Isah Adagiri Yahaya who is the Chief Medical Director of Kogi State Specialist Hospital appreciated the First Lady of Nigeria and the first lady of Kogi State for the donations, and promised that all the materials will be efficiently and effectively utilized.
