Nigeria Islamic Forum HQ lauds Kogi State Khadi for promoting faith

The National Headquarters of the Islamic Forum of Nigeria has applauding the Kogi State Grand Khadi of Kogi State Sharia Court of Appeal, Justice Abdulkarim Aruwa for his contribution to the growth of Islam.

The forum, in a Letter of Commendation to the Khadi, a copy of which was made available to our reporter said Justice Aruwa has made great strides to promote the faith and has exemplified himself to be a model for other influential public officers to emulate.

The letter, which was signed by the Executive Secretary, Professor Salisu Shehu on behalf of the entire leadership, reposed confidence in the ability of the Kogi State Khadi to continue to make Islam and Muslims proud.

The forum equally used the avenue to reiterate its commitment to work closely with the office of the Khadi at all times, and called on Muslims in the state to give him necessary support.

While also using the opportunity to congratulate Justice Aruwa for attaining the exalted position in the state, it urged him not to relent in his determination to ensure justice and fairness in the discharge of his duty.

In his own reaction, the Grand Khadi expressed gratitude to the body for giving him such recognition, saying such recommendation would go a long way in encouraging others to also emulate him.

He assured of his determination to continue to do all within his power to propagate the message of Islam wherever he found himself until his last breath.
