Onoja’s wife pledges to advance women’s course
The Wife of the State Deputy Governor, Mrs. Ejura Onoja has promised to sustain the policies and programmes geared towards promoting the course of women in Kogi State.
Mrs Onoja stated this while speaking to our reporter shortly after the swearing in of her husband as Deputy Governor of the State.
She said having worked closely with the Wife of the Governor, Mrs. Rashida Bello, she is equipped with necessary skills to ensure more women and Youths are empowered to live a better life.
The Deputy Governor’s Wife expressed gratitude to Governor Yahaya Bello for his love and supportive role towards her husband which culminated to enabling him become a Deputy Governor.
She also thanked the Governor’s wife for her motherly support over the years and pledged her unalloyed loyalty to the Governor and his wife in the task of developing the State.
