PICTURE STORY: Kogi State APC family in Kogi East for Thank You, Ramadan Felicitation
To say the people of Kogi State are having a truely representative government for the first time since its creation in 1991 is to state the obvious.
The ruling party in the country and the state, APC, led by the state chairman, Hon Abdullahi Bello and the Director General of the party’s Campaign Council for the general election, Hon Edward Onoja were in Idah, Ankpa and Dekina LGs, areas that represent the three senatorial districts of Kogi East to say ‘thank you’ for the support the party enjoyed during polls.
It was also an avenue for the party to intimate the people of the latest developments regarding the tussle for the party’s ticket for November second gubernatorial election in the state.
They assured the people not to worry, and that Governor Bello would succeed in flying the party’s flag.
They were accompanied by all the elected representatives legislators into the state and National Assemblies.
