CYPDI congratulates Muslims on Ramadan, urges prayer against COVID-19 pandemic

Confluence Youths for Peace and Development Initiative (CYPDI), has congratulated Muslims as they begin this year’s Ramadan, calling on Muslims to use this period to pray passionately for Kogi State and Nigeria against the deadly Pandemic that has declared war on the world.

In a statement signed by the head of the Organization, Comr. Jatto Danbello, he said kogi state government is putting up all measures to ensure the state does not record a singe case of Coronavirus, noting that it is the responsibility of citizens to support the government’s effort by practicing the social distancing while we pray in our mosques, churches, market places and all kinds of social gathering in the state.

Comr. Danbello also prayed that the holy month of Ramadan will foster unity and progress and progress of the state.
