Eid Maulid: Anyebe Urges Muslims to Uphold Peace, Compassion, Unity

The Kogi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Aridaojo Monday Anyebe (HAMA), has felicitated with Muslim faithful across the state on the occasion of Eid Maulid, urging them to uphold the values of peace, compassion and unity.

In a goodwill message to Muslims celebrating the birth of Prophet Muhammad, the Commissioner extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the Muslim community across Kogi State.

Anyebe prayed that the occasion would bring abundant blessings, peace and mercy from Allah to the people of the state, while encouraging Muslims to reflect on and uphold the virtues exemplified by the Prophet.

He called on the people of Kogi State to continue promoting peaceful coexistence, mutual respect and compassion, stressing the importance of unity in building a stronger and more prosperous society.

The Commissioner also prayed for Allah’s continued guidance and blessings upon families and communities across the state, expressing hope that the celebration would deepen the spirit of love, tolerance and peaceful coexistence among residents.

He wished all Muslim faithful a peaceful and blessed Eid Maulid celebration.
